• Account information: username and password (stored as a secure hash), and optional profile fields you choose to provide.
• Gameplay data: ratings, match activity, and game history used to run matchmaking, leaderboards, and rating updates.
• Messages you send us: if you use the contact form, we store what you submit so we can respond (including your name, email, message), plus basic metadata like IP address and user agent.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service (for example, timestamps, error logs, and request metadata).

2) How we use information

• Provide and operate the Service (accounts, matchmaking, ratings, leaderboards).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3) Cookies and sessions

We use cookies or similar browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your session. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but you may need to sign in again afterward.

4) Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, monitoring, or email providers who help us operate the Service (they process information only to provide their services).
• Legal and safety: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
• Payments (if enabled): if we offer paid features, payments may be processed by a third-party processor (for example, Stripe). In that case, we do not receive your full payment card details; the processor handles them under their own policies.

The Operator is based in British Columbia, Canada. Depending on where our hosting and service providers are located, information may be stored and processed in Canada or in other jurisdictions. When information is processed outside of Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

6) Public visibility

Some information may be visible to other users as part of normal gameplay (for example, your username and rating on leaderboards). Do not use personal or sensitive information in a username.

7) Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the Service and for legitimate business purposes such as preventing abuse, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. Contact messages may be retained to handle support and recordkeeping.

8) Access, correction, and deletion

Depending on your location and applicable law (including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act where applicable), you may have rights to request access to or correction of your personal information, and to request deletion. To make a request, email us at victormtpro@gmail.com.

9) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
